Fitness Camps

Dr. Messer and her Arizona training team have set up an amazing weight loss/fitness camp for you!

If you are serious about getting rid of the extra pounds and flab off and reprogramming your lifestyle with:

1. A thorough physical evaluation is performed, with bood work etc.
2. Receive instruction on weight loss is needed. We fit you with yourr (program?) own according to you needs and lifestyle
3. Meet with Dr. Messer and receive optimal hormone balancing, nutrients to help detox, and learn about how to give yourself weight loss injections (if needed).
4. If so inclined, fly to Arizona to meet with the Arizona weight loss team specially trained by Dr. Messer. You will be receiving continued instruction about the correct food for your diet, and lots of exercise!! And did we mention the sun and Arizona's beautiful landscape and sunsets?

Location: Havasu City, Arizona

Arizona Fitness Camps:

Instruction, lodging, and meals for $150/day or $750/week. Special 2 weeks for only $1200 (does not include cost of injections or Ultralite, if applicable).
